Raspberry Cosmopolitan

Ingredients

2 oz vodka
1 oz lemon juice
.5 oz honey syrup
5 raspberries
Prosecco

Instructions

Shake all ingredients and double strain in a coupe glass. Top with prosecco.

Pear Martini

Ingredients

1.5 oz vodka
1 oz elderflower liqueur
Champagne top
1 pear slice

Instructions

Combine vodka and elderflower liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a pear slice.

Lemon Basil Margarita

Ingredients

1.5 oz. tequila
1 oz. triple sec
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
3 basil leaves for garnish
½ Sugar/½ salt mixture for rim
Lemon rind for garnish
Basil leaf for garnish

Instructions

Coat glass rim with sugar and salt mixture. Shake all liquid ingredients in a shaker and pour over ice. To finish, garnish with lemon rind and basil leaf.

    Potion D’ Amour

    Ingredients

    3 oz TYKU Black Sake
    2 oz blackberry purée
    1 oz Lillet Blanc

    Instructions

    Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a hibiscus-flower rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a red rose petal.

    Harvest Sour

    Ingredients

    .5 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
    1 oz cognac
    1 Tbsp fig preserve
    .75 oz lemon juice
    Half an egg white

    Instructions

    Add preserve to cocktail shaker and stir in the lemon juice and cognac. Add the rest of your ingredients. Shake with no ice, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass and serve.

    Old Glory

    Ingredients

    8-10 blueberries
    2 oz vodka
    1 oz fresh lemon juice
    1 oz simple syrup
    1-2 oz pinot noir

    Instructions

    Muddle fresh blueberries at the bottom of a double old fashioned glass and top with ice. Add vodka, lemon, and simple syrup to a mixing glass and shake vigorously until chilled and combined. Strain over ice and blueberries. Carefully pour wine over a spoon into the cocktail to create a red wine “float.”

    Gatsby 7

    Ingredients

    .5 oz lime
    .5 oz simple syrup
    1.5 oz Organic Avenue apple juice
    .5 oz Lairds Apple brandy
    1.5 oz Tanqueray gin

    Instructions

    Combine in a shaker. Shake and pour into a Collins glass over ice, top with soda.

    Red, White, and Blue Nectar

    Ingredients

    1.5 oz Blue Nectar Reposado Extra Blend
    1 oz simple syrup
    1 oz cranberry juice
    .75 oz orange liqueur
    4 lime quarters and 1 lime wheel

    Instructions

    Muddle the lime quarters with the simple syrup in a shaking tin. Add tequila, orange liqueur, and cranberry juice. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

    Chardonnay Slushie

    Ingredients

    1 cup Kelvin Citrus Slush or frozen lemonade concentrate
    .5 white peach purée
    .5 green apple purée
    3 oz Clos du Bois North Coast Chardonnay

    Instructions

    Blend all ingredients together and serve chilled.

    Vibrant Sunrise

    ingredients

    1/3 of a blood orange, muddled
    2 oz Royal Gate Gin
    1 oz fresh lemon juice
    1 oz fresh lime juice
    Dash of agave
    Cayenne and salt for rim
    Blood orange slice and thyme sprig to garnish

    Instructions

    Muddle the blood orange in a shaker, add gin, lemon and lime juice, and agave. Add ice and shake. Salt the rim of a rocks glass with spicy salt. Pour over new ice and garnish with orange slice and thyme sprig.

    Watermelon Sparkler

    Ingredients

    1 oz. Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin
    1 oz. sparkling sake
    .5 oz. fresh lemon juice
    .5 oz. agave nectar
    3” piece of watermelon

    Instructions

    Muddle watermelon with gin, lemon juice, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, shake, and strain into a port glass. Top with chilled sparkling sake and stir lightly.

    The Apple Cider Margarita

    Ingredients

    1 oz Cointreau
    2 oz tequila
    1 oz lime juice
    1 oz apple cider

    Instructions

    Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine Strain over ice into glass. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

    Ingredients

    1 strawberry
    1 slice of orange
    Mint
    1.5 oz Lucky Dog Vodka
    Splash of rosé champagne

    Instructions

    Muddle one large strawberry, slice of orange, and garden mint. Add a touch of simple syrup and dash of orange bitters. Shake with ice and 1.5 oz Lucky Dog Vodka. Strain into rocks glass, add fresh ice on top and finish with rosé champagne. Garnish with sprig of mint.

    Sparkling Punch

    Ingredients

    1 750-ml bottle chilled Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé
    .75 cup limoncello
    1 cup fresh raspberries
    1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
    1 medium lemon thinly sliced, seeds removed

    Directions

    In a large pitcher, combine the limoncello, raspberries and strawberries. Top with the chilled rosé champagne and stir in half of the lemon wheels. Pour into old-fashioned glass with ice.

    2 oz Ketel One Citroen vodka
    2 muddled strawberries
    2 torn leaves of basil
    1 jalapeño slice
    .5 oz lemon juice
    .75 oz simple syrup

    Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into cocktail coupe. Garnish with basil leaf.

    1 oz pineapple juice

    Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of apple.

    Berry Sip

    Ingredients

    1.5 oz Tito’s vodka
    .5 oz vanilla syrup
    4 raspberries
    Splash of Tonic

    Instructions

    In a small mixing tin, combine raspberries and vanilla syrup. Muddle. Add vodka and ice and shake. Double strain into a Collins glass. Add tonic and top with ice.
