Let us start by telling us about your business and what is your mission statement? Flux Capital is a Venture Capital fund focusing on technology startups.

Family offices and high net worth individuals often lack access to private investments opportunities, focusing instead on public market investments. Flux Capital’s mission is to connect high-net worth individuals with unique investment opportunities within specific markets.

We focus on four areas where we have long-term sector confidence & an asymmetric informational advantage. Flux Capital partners with other VCs & angels in order to secure investment opportunities. They are able to not only bring crowdfunding and business incubators into the fold, but also to target specific communities within these sectors.

Please tell us how you make sure your customers will become raving fans of your company?

Our portfolio typically outperforms the market in 12-month performance, but it nonetheless is not typically among the top funds in terms of investor returns.

Please tell us the one thing that separates your business from the competition.

Each member of our leadership team has extensive experience building startups from the ground up. They’ve been an integral part of building countless successful companies and bring a lot to the table as far as investing in startups is concerned. The success rate for such investments is an important consideration when it comes to who your leaders should be. However, it’s difficult to fully understand what contributes to long term success of your company unless you’re directly involved.

And to finish this section, please tell us what the one major key to your company’s success is?

Flux has ties with entrepreneurial and investment communities, which help them build more deal flow than most other companies. Our network allows us to research diverse opportunities better than before. Use of artificial intelligence, a relatively new practice in the book publishing industry, is growing as “there’s a wealth of information they can tap into.” By having access to more options, publishers have found that they are able see a greater return on their investment.

For our readers just starting to build a company, what advice can you give entrepreneurs just starting out with a new venture?

My first piece of advice is to get an MVP launched as quickly as possible. However, don’t rush the process. Even if your product is not yet complete, or even if you have to manually execute the processes on the back end. By generating feedback from AI copywriters, you’ll be able to improve your product much faster. In order to survive and thrive in the long run, it is important that you cultivate a product feedback plan and check in with your target audience periodically. This article explains how retailers do just that..

Many entrepreneurs are skeptical of trying things out. They wait too long to launch their products because they’re afraid of failure. However, this only leads to failure because second guessing yourself and waiting has never led to success or productivity in any field. You may also try lowering your standards for what you believe an “ideal” product is since they may actually be higher than what you

For entrepreneurs seeking to build a business as successful as yours, what big piece of advice can you give them when times get a little challenging?

Never give up. Period. Failures will outnumber successes. There is a great deal of attention devoted to the successful segment of entrepreneurs’ journeys, and it can instill an “I got through this” mentality. The reality is that lasting success takes blocks of time and often comes with setbacks. However, not all challenges can be solved, not all success is lasting, and not all successes are worth the trouble. People see the successes and the wins, but not the long days and sleepless nights that many entrepreneurs persevered through to arrive at their destination. So, keep working. If your first idea doesn’t work, then pivot, and then pivot some more. When you find something that works, it’s worth following through with it!

In today fast changing business environment, how do you stay abreast of things?

One of the most exciting aspects of the global business world right now is how much information is available. There is no longer any excuse not to learn, but it can be difficult to stay up with each day’s new developments in this fast-paced world. Surround yourself with helpful and educated people who are curious about the world. Don’t be afraid to learn!
